k I know nothing about computers so if this is a stupid question that's why

Alright so animateds gif dont move on my screen. Like its just the first picture and it stands still and doesnt do anything. Is there like something I can do to the properties or anything to make them play or what

internet options
go to the advanced tab
scroll down to under multimedia
make sure play animations in webpages is checked

I've found that refreshing or right clicking the gif and selcting show picture helps.

But I'm pretty sure you've done that
