Any of you crumbums try Windows Live Mail yet?
If so, how is it? I'm thinking of upgrading, but I use my account for a lot of shit, so I'd rather not be stuck with ish I hate.

I like it better than Hotmail. It's not much different from another web mail service, it's just got a clean interface.

You could always create a throw away account and upgrade it to test it out. If you need another email just create one at 10minutemail.com and use it. 10minutemail just gives you an email to use for 10 minutes, hence the name, which is good for signing up for garbage.

I like it much better than the old interface but if you're afraid, test it out.

Upon checking it out, it seems alright, but I'm still not 100% sold.

Anyone know if they're phasing hotmail out completely for this ish?

It's Microsoft's updated web mail. They are trying to move everything to their "Live" services (Xbox Live, Windows Messenger Live, etc) which can be pretty nice. If you use Hotmail then they have an option to switch it to Live Mail.

I've been in the beta for about 2 months or so and I notice no difference aside from the cleaner interface like DS said.

The only gripe I have is the filtering within emails is a pain in the ass, it won't allow hyperlinks to be clickable or show pictures unless you tell it to.
