just get a tv with that late HDMI (1.3 I think) and 1080p and you might be fine, and broke.

you don't need 1080p right now. 720p and 1080i is good enough for 360.

HD Ready TVs don't come with HDTV. You have to buy additional parts (an HDTV tuner) to make it HDTV compatible.

Like Boomer said, so if you really want a HDTV, you will have to buy a Full-HDtv.
They are expensive though, around the 2500 dollars. |

An HD Ready TV will work in HD with console/high-def players and things like that without any extra hardware |

I forgot it was something like that, unless you have a PS3, cause then you are fucked, cause if you want to get the full capacity out of all games, you have to buy a full-hdtv. |

Some TVs come with High Defintion built in. I bought a Toshiba flat tube TV with it built in for 600 dollars and it's great. Only thing I had to do is grab the digital box from my cable company to get the HD channels.
Others you gotta buy an antena or something just to get the signal. Do some research. |

I got a built in HDTV Flat Tube for 300 bucks at Best Buy. Its Insignia, the worst brand ever, but it really does make a difference when I play my 360.

Gonna have to look around... £500 is the price I'm looking for because I don't want to spend alot.
So any help looking would be great. Cheers guys. The tele is for gaming so it doesn't matter if its HD or HD ready |

Yeah you should be able to get a decent one for that price. I work for Tesco, and we have a 32" LG HD Ready LCD for £499.99.

I think the LG 32" is an In-Store offer only, and it was pretty limited, my smallish store only got 5 in, and they went pretty quickly, I did find a couple of 32" on the Tesco Direct website for £500 though:
http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.200-6422.aspx http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.100-5773.aspx Personally, out of those two, i'd go for the Sharp one, plus it looks better. If you have the money, you should try and get a Sony Bravia, thats what I have, and it's fantastic. edit: http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.200-2644.aspx Thats my TV, I love it. BTW Bush and Sharp are crap manufacturers, you might as well pay a bit extra for a better branded tv. JVC, Panasonic and Sony are the best 3 brands for tv's (excluding Bang & Olufsen and Loewe - which are way too expensive)
