I'm gonna have to say you're wrong on this one. Like, seriously wrong. Like, oh my god I think you're missing part of your brain wrong. Like, what the fuck are you smoking wrong.

Hogan's last run as WWE champ was worse than Cena's.
Vince's ECW title run was..... yea, let's not rehash this.

Kerry Von Erich, Goldberg, and Dusty Rhodes had 2 things in common

1. (the easy one) They both held the NWA/WCW World Title
2. (the tough one) Each only wrestled at one Wrestlemania

OK, that's like putting three wrestlers in a group and saying they all held either the WWE European Title or the RoH World Title. They have NO, absolutely NO connection with each other.

Great point One as your the expert on title lineages, but why did WCW always claim their lineage dated back to the early 1900's?

Because they were crack heads. To be fair, if people didn't pay attention I could see how they might get away with it since Ric Flair won the WCW World Title in the same match that he won back the NWA World Title, but the NWA and the WCW were not the same title. INFACT they even seperated the title winners on WCW programming, and then when WCW left the NWA they gave Flair (who was the NWA Champ at the time) the WCW International World Title. Trust me, WCW did all they could to try to take NWA's lineage, but they simply never, NEVER had rights to it. Just like TNA has ZERO connection to the NWA Title anymore.

Boy it sure makes the player feel good knowing they could rack their brains out trying to find connections that might not even be there...but regardless I am going to say all three have signed contracts with WWE in recent years without ever appearing on television and then being released before they could even do what they were hired to do...

Yeah, I was thinking that they were all signed to WWE contracts and never ended up debuting before being released.

That's correct, so I'm going to pay it. That wasn't actually what I had in mind when I listed them, though. Great connection you found, though. As I said, you rule this game.

I'm going to leave it open, just because I'm too lazy to think of anything else, but these three wrestling entities all have something else in common. I only knew about two of them, but I found out about the third recently, so I'm not sure how accurate it is. It's more of a rumour-type connection than a statistical one.

That wasn't a bad guess at all, but not what I was thinking of.

Bryan Danielson and Trish Stratus have both gone a year as ROH World Champion and WWE Women's Champion, respectively. I'm not sure about Nigel McGuiness, though. He was ROH Pure Champion for 350 days, but that's the closest I know of.

There are a LOT of connections between these guys...

Going with just a WrestleMania theme...

All three have wrestled both of the others in WrestleMania matches. All three have been in matches for the WWE or World Title in the Main Event. All three have wrestled for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania. All three have wrestled Triple H in one form or another for the WWE or World Title in the main event of a WrestleMania. All three have had successful "second teir" (IS or US) title defenses at a WrestleMania. All three have walked into a WrestleMania as Champion but left empty handed (Benoit:US, Jericho:Undisputed, Michaels:WWE). All three won their WrestleMania debut (in a matter of speaking, both Jericho and Benoit got to win the three way with Angle at 2000).

And that's just the connections I could find with them and WrestleMania...

And that's just the connections I could find with them and WrestleMania...
none of them is what i was thinking about.
Give you a clue, it has to do with titles.

Yeah, there is a lot in common between these guys. Going with the titles thing, the most substantial one I can come up with is that they have all won a version of the Triple Crown by becoming Intercontinental Champion first, World Tag Team Champion second, and finally by winning their World Title.

I'm still going to leave this one open:

Chris Benoit
Goldberg
The Dudley Boyz

I'll give y'all a hint, the connection I am thinking of is a person.

Here is a more comedic one:

Paul London
Val Venis
Shoichi Funaki

And no, it's not that they're all jobbers.

Actually, not what I was thinking of when I made the list, but it fits so what the hell...the connection I was looking for was all three had wrestled in multiple matches at a WrestleMania (Bret:X, Yoko:IX&X, Hogan:IX)

ok, well, to make it easier.
Its all about titles they have "held", but more about how they lost their titles.

Answer is below:

Spoiler:
They all held titles, which they were subsequently stripped of with their reigns not recognised.
Jericho: World Title VS HHH;
Benoit: world Title VS The Rock (twice) and Sid;
HBK: Tag championship with The Rockers VS theHart Foundation

Hogan's last run as WWE champ was worse than Cena's.
Vince's ECW title run was..... yea, let's not rehash this.
And Marella > Chyna

I didn't say that they were the THE THREE shittiest, but they're definitely in the top 25, or whatever. All of Hogan's runs were shit, And All of ECW is shit, so how do you qualify the best of the shit, I forgot who mentioned somebody getting a gold medal at the special olympics, but ECW champ=mvp of field day at a school for paraplegic retards.

At least we knew who Chyna was, and she worked better matches than this assclown(i miss jericho).

But you're cool, we're cool it's cool....

Alrighty, the answer to my last one is they were all LAST champions before two titles were turned into one.

Jericho- Last WCW champion
X-Pac- Last Light Heavyweight Champion
Tommy Dreamer- Last Hardcore Champion

So how about this...

Ric Flair
Shawn Michaels
Ted DiBiase

And no, it's not "They all had nick names!!"
