Discussion: Undertaker vs Kane at XX
Don't get me wrong, i like the Undertaker and ever more so in his old skool gimmick, but is this the only thing people are looking forward to in this match?

Since Kane's took off the mask and hair, his heel turn/push has really impressed me. I've never been much of a Kane fan but since he lost the mask his matches and the way he been coming over without the mask has impressed me.

The Undertaker, if he is coming back as the dead man, will be a high point for wrestlemania, but will it just be a high point because its just old skool undertaker rather than both him coming back as the dead man and the match between him and Kane?

I'm looking forward to the match, but part of me thinks that it will be a let down, because of the previous Undertaker/Kane fueds, but part of me does think that it will be a good match, with the crowd behind old skool Undertaker and the way Kane has impressed me the last few months.

I hope that this match turns out good. I dont want all the hype of Taker returning as the dead man to over run what actually happens in the match. I dont think this is the only match that people are looking forward to but it is something that people are waiting for.

I think it'll be the two monster thing, where neither of them will stay down. Taker will get back up after everything, as will Kane. It should be interesting to see who wins (I put my money on Taker )

it will be a good match. Like I've said it numerous threads before, Kane and The Undertaker are a dying breed, they're big men who can actually work a quality match. I hope guys like Matt Morgan pay attention to this match so they can see how a big man should work in the ring.

I dont know if it will live up to the hype. UT has been out for a while with injuries and he wasn't looking all that good when he left. If he's not at 100% and I really dont think he is this match will be the same old repeat of the 100's of other Kane/UT matches.

I love UT and I'll mark out when the music hits, dont get me wrong, but I just dont think this match will be worth alll that much.

It'll be what you would expect from Taker and Kane. Get a tape of their previous matches, and you'll see what will happen on Sunday.

I think it'll be a good match in that the crowd will be into it, and Taker especially knows how to work a crowd.

However, I dont think there is any denying that the main interest in this match will be the entrance and the first glimpse of the new (old) Taker.

As for the future, its tough; if the gimmick stays hot, then they have to run with it. Problem is they dont have a bunch of giant heels to throw at Taker. I'm thinking he could fued with Lesnar and/or Show, but outside of that I dont see who he can really feud with. And its not like there is a bunch of talented big guys out there that the WWE could sign up to throw at Taker. Maybe they could do Sting vs. Taker at Summerslam or something, that is, if they could get Sting to agree to come in and do a big JOB.

Perhaps they will keep Kane off TV for a while (last I heard he's still lined up to do a film at some point), and then maybe they bring him back to SD to continue the fued with Taker.

Other than that, like I said, all I really see for Old School Taker is Brock and moreso Show.

I think this match will surprise a lot of people. Taker should have a killer new look, and both Taker and Kane are 2 great workers for big men. It will be a lot like their match at Wrestlemania XIV which I thought was extremely good. Should be another classic with Taker winning

I agree that Kane did have his push...Had. It seems latly Kane isnt as ruthless as he was when his mask first came off. Then his pushed died. Look at who hes destroyed latly. The Hurricane who is now low card Jobber, Rico who as well isnt even really on the cards anymore. His match with Goldberg ended with Goldberg spearing Kane and then smoke filling the ring. The idea of kane being unstobbable has died and I have the feeling with time the Old school undertaker as well will feel the same fate. The match wont impress me as much as seeing how they do his return entrance, especially if the undertaker is indeed coming back with Paul Bearer. I guess im not expecting to much But im hoping for alot. I do beleive that is the biggest match of the night IMO. Neither title match is impressing me..Angle eddie should be good but who knows with wwe booking.

If this match lives up to the hype, which I think it will, it will be a great match...

As for an ending, I could see Taker pulling somthing like a fireball to Kane's face, thus forcing Kane to put the mask back on... Problem with that is, if they ever want to remove the mask agian w/ Kane's current gimmick (as Kane), they would need to have him look burned... But I dunno... I just cant see this match ending clean... Undertaker will NOT job in this match cleanly, Ill give you my guarntee on that... Prehaps a double DQ, or Taker gets DQed... Im hoping that tonight on Raw they throw a gimmick on it, like No DQ, Inferno, Casket, or Hell in a Cell... The latter would be the least likly, because I know the Garden, and Im pretty sure its too small to accomadate the Cell...

I don't think it'll be a stellar match, but a good brawl. Kane has not entertained me since he had the mask. I wouldn't be surprised if Taker destroyed Kane. Then maybe Kane takes time off and comes back with a new gimmick. Or the loss pisses him off so much they actually make him a monster again going around destroying everybody.

I think maybe, some crazy ending will happen. Something nobody has thought of. Just please, no Shane Macmahon run in.

yeah like have kane lose, then like the next night on Raw have him destroy everyone..dont matter who it is just have him come down and chokeslam people and then demand a rematch... build him back up as moster again....just my thoughts...

Thats true, but the Cell, to my knowledge, is taller than the Chamber, and the Chamber wasnt that high up at SS... Plus, the Cell is bigger width wise I believe... Im not that sure on the width though, I dunno the dimentions...

Thats where i use to watch PPV now i just order them...BW3's is so much cheaper....

I hope I'm wrong on this one, but the way that it sounds from Lesner's actions recently, they're going to make Taker seem like he can stomp anybody. For some reason I get the feeling that this is going to be a total stompfest on Kane.
