When's the last time...
That 2 or more championships in WWE (only, please, not looking for ECW, RoH, TNA, WCW, etc. etc. ...) have been vacant at the same time? Right now it's the Cruiserweight and WWE titles.

And also has it ever happened before?

1997. Owen injured Austin with the Tombstone at Summerslam 97 in a I-C Title match. Austin was forced to vacate the I-C and Tag titles. The Headbangers won the vacant tag title in a four way match at IYH Ground Zero in Sept 97, while Owen Hart won the vacant I-C title in a tourney at IYH Bad Blodd 97


Also if I am correct it happened in early 96. The I-C title was vacated for a week in a Goldust/Savio Vega match contreversy meanwhile the Smokin Gunns were injured and the tag team titles were vacated.
