ECW vs TNA: TNA Wins
The ratings are in from last night and there is no other way to put it: TNA kicked ECW's butt. In its usual spot, Impact did their usual 1.1 cable rating. On a different night, all ECW could muster was a 0.6 cable rating.
The Ultimate Fighter that aired at 11 p.m. did a 0.5 cable rating. From PWInsider. ![]() |

Which is a huge surprise considering how bad the episode was.
Still, this is good news for TNA when they're willing to tune in and stay tuned in, even with competition from the WWE. |

I'm not trying to make an excuse, but ECW only lost about half the audience because of the time change. That's about in line with what they usually do with moved episodes.

I still think TNA and Spike should do a 2-hour head to head with RAW sometime, just to test the waters.

They got demolished when RAW was moved against THEM. TNA is nowhere near the point of beating RAW. ECW, perhaps, but that's about it.

The title should honestly read CM Punk & Elijah Burke vs TNA
In the words of Lance Storm, if TNA take any kind of victory from beating the third string of WWE, then they really are 'retarded' |

OMG KURT ANGLE WAS RIGHT!11!!
Way to go beating out a show featuring Mark Henry in the main event. Next week they should see if they can beat out an old episode of WCW Saturday Night circa 2000 featuring an epic main event of Hardwork Bobby Walker vs. Jerry Flynn. |
