This black guy did some of the uk rampage tours announcing, never knew he was in wwf in america doing it as well. Just seemed to disappear after a while.

That was Mel Phillips, he was the 'foot fetish' guy in the Tom Cole sex scandal of the early 90s.

He most certainly did work in America too, he was the number three ring announcer behind Howard Finkel and Mike McGuirk.
