Golden Globe Nominations Announced
There are some surprises I liked this year including: In Bruges getting nominated 3 times, Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Cruise being nominated for Tropic Thunder, and Heath Ledger getting nominated for The Dark Knight.

Can't wait to see most of the best picture noms, other than Mama Mia, In Bruges, and maybe The Reader (haven't really heard much about it.)

Vicky Cristina Barcelona, Burn After Reading, and Happy-Go-Lucky were all fucking awesome. Gonna see Slumdog Millionaire this week and can't wait til the rest, especially The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. That looks incredible.

I actually DLed it a few months back because it had some high ass imdb rating but I never watched it so I deleted it. OK I will watch it now.

K yeah wtf. No idea why I didn't watch this. Ebert 4 stars, amazing reviews all around, and that guy's short film was great.

Yeah, I was kinda curious why you hadn't seen it yet. It is so clever with its comedy, and it brings the drama, too. Its great stuff. One of my favorite movies from the year.
