He did an okay job but he made some bad moves. Signing Alvin Williams, Jerome Williams, Hakeem and Antonio Davis to big long contracts in the same off season 3 years ago and letting Keon Clark walk was his undoing IMO.

Had he stayed in the East he would have been very good. But none the less he was still pretty good for the Kings last year.

He needed to keep Vince happy as it appeared at the time, Vince was the franchise. Too bad he really isn't, and he's a whiney piece of shit.
