The first one was obviously more impactful and significant overall, but the second one was a better match... too much sloppiness in the first one, mostly from Scott. Not that I'm assigning blame, as it was a new flavor to the WWF at the time.

I haven't actually seen the Summerslam match, so I'll reserve my judgment, but I have heard the argument that the Summerslam one was strictly better, but the WrestleMania one was obviously the most impactful before.

The Shawn/Razor ladder matches are like the Simpson sisters. Jessica Simpson gets all the attention because she was first, but Ashlee Simpson is even hotter.
