I vote for one title reign because that means you are truly the best and nobody can beat you. If you won it 16 times, you also lost it 16 times.

16 times, it doesn't matter if it looks like you lost it 15 times, what matters is if you can get it back.

be stripped,the title could be declared vacant in a draw,they could unify it
and bring it back,etc...

Now,also it'd be cool to have one long (like 7 or 8 year) title run - similar
to those of Bruno Sammartino and Lou Thesz; but they were WRESTLERS.

I vote for 16 times though...

16 times is more glamourous. When you introduce someone as the 16-time World champ, it sounds better than just World champ.

i would like to have one long title reign b/c you would be remember long. what i mean about that is that you have been beaten if you have been a 16 time world champon but just think how many people you have beaten if you held it a long time.
