Morrison praises Melina

When asked which WWE Divas is the best performer on the roster, John Morrison adamantly answered Melina. He then criticized the other Divas as he feels the majority of them are unable to convey authentic emotion to the audience. “Melina is potentially the strongest character on the roster, with even more passion and emotion than a lot of the guys,” Morrison said. “A lot of the Divas can do some pretty impressive moves, but when I watch them I don’t feel anything, I don’t empathize with a lot of them. I don’t think they understand what they’re doing. But when I watch Melina, I get excited, or I feel sad, or I want to cheer. And I think that’s the key to sports entertainment.” Melina and Morrison are currently dating in real-life.

I think he hit the nail on the head with that one, but Melina is far from the best diva on the roster..... I would imagine any other comments from him would result in not getting any pussy all WM Weekend......

this is what Morrison had to say about Cena in that same interview

During a live chat on the Arizona Republic website, John Morrison was asked how long he thinks it will take before he arrives onto the main event scene. Morrison listed John Cena as the current WWE champion and called him 'boring'.

"Who's champion now? Cena? Ugh. Boring. Yeah, I think my time is coming," Morrison said. "I'm rounding the corner right now in the main event parking garage, where all the spots have been taken for a really long time. I think some of the cars in the main event parking lot are about to be ticketed and towed after WrestleMania. There should be some spots available."

John Morrison is the man and i can't wait until they give him the gimmick that Batista currently has when he retires. Definitely going to be a main eventer in the next year if they actually let him speak and not suck up to everyone.

What I hate about the divas is that they are all generic, when they turn face. Mickie was awesome as a psycho, but she's fucking boring as a face. Why the fuck does wwe do that? It's so fucking stupid.

definitely agree. I guess they are appealling to some type of organization or sponsor that we do not know of. Basically, i guess if Melina were to stay psycho, it would be "ok" for kids to do that. As gay as that sounds, i bet you that is the reason.

Just see Cena, MVP, Morrison.

They try to turn them into happy go lucky role models for little girls. I assume that's who they think is watching. Maybe they're right.

The heels are either super-annoying or stuck up bitches. Usually the latter. I don't like that because it's women, they sequester the entire division into one of three roles. It's either girl power, the pretty high school snob, or the shrew.
They should try to work in some variety.

I'd like to see someone like Awesome Kong come in for the sole purpose of going to war with the Divas division. She could proclaim herself as the anti-diva in every way. She could run through the lower ranks of the Divas, and really get over by destroying some of them. Then some of the more over, "heroic" divas could step up and fail. I think Beth Phoenix as a babyface sticking up for "glam", but still being tough would work.
Either that or a Trish return. Trish could return as the alltime diva icon and call her out.

The question is then what would they do with Kong. She'd probably become just another name in the divas circuit, and not one that they could use for lingerie pillow fights. She'd probably be best used as someone's body guard. Preferably for one of the men, like Chyna was.
But they'd probably make her bodyguard for like Maryse or something.

Yeah, I'd like to see some more variety in the characters in the women's division. Melina is definitely one of the better performers in there. I think Mickie James has her moments, and there are a few girls who could if they weren't working with crap all the time. The WWE does need the "Anti-Diva" Amazing Kong, ASAP.
