Just saw it right now on DVD. It's basically a day on the set of an independent film and everything goes wrong. For some reason, I don't like a lot of movies about moviemaking. The obvious exception is "Adaptation," which is one of the finest movies ever made, IMO.
But "American Movie" and "Full Frontal" both came off kind of flat. I do like Buscemi and Keener, though, so maybe I'll give "Living in Oblivion" a shot. |

Full Frontal was awful.
This movie is great though. It doesn't really have a bunch of "insider" shit or whatever. It's a simple, entertaining movie. I let a couple of my friends who are casual movie fans watch the DVD and they loved it. |
