Legacy started costing him matches by mistake, and then eventually on purpose. Randy fought them at Wrestlemania and since then went on to become a face. Initially he was pretty much just the same guy and character but now facing heels. Now he has changed a bit, become more animated with his spaz outs, and actively sides with faces.

Nah. Much as I'd like to blame the bottom feeders are are the general fans of wrestling, people eat this shit up in much more places than wrestling.
