Jesus, this isn't even close. Jeff somehow manages to be worse on the mic. Rey is great in the ring and Jeff can be very good when he isn't botching everything. Rey wins hands down

Jeff is one of the most overrated wrestlers of all time.

Both are great in terms of being popular high flyer wrestlers in companies that normally view mat-based big men as stars but Rey Mysterio was much better overall.

Jeff Hardy could have become a much bigger star in WWE but every time a big push was arriving or a chance to be a major champion, his drug habits end up killing his momentum. He managed to rebuild his character and image every time he was in TNA but would kill off any momentum gained after getting serious pushes in the WWE.
