No compete clauses
I am aware that these exist in most WWE talent contracts usually for 90 days etc.
I was wondering do TNA have a similar clause in their workers contracts to stop them turning out for WWE straight after leaving? I know that the E are going to struggle to get a major mainevent for Mania next year and heard a rumour that they may try and get Angle to jump ship and face Taker at Mania 27. Nope, Chris Harris debuted on ECW a couple of weeks after leaving TNA.

TNA don't have the clause, mainly because it's not cost effective for them to pay guys for an extra 90 days guarenteed. A lot of TNA talent work on a pay-per-appearance contract, those who are not on guarenteed money contracts can even work for any company while under contract as long as it doesnt clash with TNA's schedule and is a company approved by management (ie. not WWE or ROH).

That's probably true for a lot of guys but MCMG and Generation Me have appeared on several PWG shows that are sold on DVD. Contracts in TNA don't seem to be consistant, which is why you see a lot of the no-name guys wanting a release.
