-When did they officially become PG?

Dunno about the WWE Universe thing, maybe last year I think, but the PG thing didn't 'start' at one specific time, it gradually crept in over a period of time, last year, possibly even as early as late-2008.

WWE Universe was a term first used by Edge on a promo on Raw not that long after One Night Stand 2008, where he bragged about his accomplishments and said he banished the Undertaker from the WWE Universe. I believe it might have been the same segment where Batista beat up Edge and CM Punk cashed in Money In The Bank.
