Question Lex Luger, Rick Rude, Randy Savage...
These are guys (off the top of my head) that when they jumped ship to WCW, they kept their WWF name.

How did they manage this? Would'nt these names have been trademarked by WWF, like Diesel/Razor Raymond?

Luger and Rick Rude were in WCW before WWF and probably already owned the trademark.

I know Savage owned the trademark to his own name for sure.
