Christian by a mile if Orton didn't have 'the look' and wasn't a 3rd gen star he'd never have made it in the WWE were as Christian has neither of those things going for him yet he's made it due simply to his ring skills and personality.

Randy Orton all the way on this one. I still think Backlash 2004 was one of the best matches Orton ever had. Even though Christian had the "Terri Invitational" he still hasn't had as many good matches as Orton has. Plus just look at the stats.

Randy Orton is quite possibly the "best professional wrestler"/most complete package on the face of the Earth. Christian is very good (still not Booker good, Nash good or possibly even Liger good) but Randy Orton is truly great and would be a success in any era

Orton has bored me for about half of his career. However, the Orton/Christian fued has been fucking amazing, and Orton has definitely stepped up over the last few months.

Christian. He's been a solid and consistently entertaining performer, both in the ring and on the mic, for a hell of a lot longer than Orton has.

Randy's improved a lot over the years, especially in the last 2-3 or so, but nothing about him completely impresses me.

Randy's good. Christian's better.

Personally I think we're crossing over into overrated territory here, but if the majority of people here see Christian as better than a lot of these guys, it certainly isn't for no reason. I'd just be really interested to see how objective it is. You mentioned Hall of Famers. I'd like to see how beloved Christian really is against some of them. But I wonder how things would be if you had, say, Christian vs. Jericho. It'd be a lot of the same noise.

Orton is a good wrestler, but I dislike his present style. The only thing I didn't like about Christian was when he was constantly clapping for his own comebacks, and he's got rid of that. At the moment, I prefer Christian.
