Roddy Piper was a better wrestler than Orton. He has had a lot of good matches throughout his career. He is the best wrestler in history of WWE to not have won a major championship. He is also the person who started the trend of having a Talk Show within the WWE. He had some of the best promos in history also. He has some memorable quotes also. We all have different ideas on how to define what a wrestler is. Some people think it should be just skills. Some other people think it should be a mix of skills, personality and everything else we expect from people who compete in wrestling.

Winning Championships isn't the be all and end of all in wrestling. Since it's fake and the bookers decide who wins.

No debate over the realness of wrestling bcuz as u have stated the bookers decides the matches. But skills does translate into titles. And the better the skill the longer the reign. Lets not forget that despite how much the bookers liked Goldberg and Brock Lesnar. Their reign was short due to a lack of skills. Jobbing got the million dollar man into title fights despite never conquoring the Heavyweight title. Rowdy lacked in ring skills which is why he didn't have many nor long title reigns in the WWF/E. Only 1 intercontinental championship and 1 tag I believe. In truth Piper was a loser for higher like Koko B Ware and JYD. He so lacked in skills that he wasn't fit for a title run. But when it came to Jobbing he was perhaps the best of his craft.
