i think he meant that the rock has still been saying that for seven years,

but on the other hand before the rock became part time it was getting boring, anyway, so he needed to change, why he went heel, and he can use it again now as a face because he only shows up once every few months, but if a wrestler says the same thing week in week out, gets boring
