I just opened "My Music" folder and there are like 1000 .IDX files, I didn't dare open one, but they were contracted today and didn't register as a threat on Norton or Ad-Aware. What are they and what do I do??

Remove them from the folder and place them somewhere else for a couple of days. If everything still works fine, delete them.
