Just watched this event....

Was surprised at the return of Zeb Colter and looking forward to another Jack Swagger squash match.... but then he introduced Alberto Del Rio and I marked out....... and then the match was kind of underwhelming and ADR won. Seemed "anti-climactic" with all the battles Cena has been through.... Seemed like it was "too easy" for ADR... Trying to make him a big deal fairly quick again, I guess....


Roman Reigns/Bray Wyatt match was very entertaining. Wyatt losing again, but doesn't matter because he will just laugh it off and ignore it like he always does....

Really enjoyed the divas match as well... good job by Nikki Bella.... Good match....

Every other match was somewhere in the middle....

Lesnar/Taker was alright.... not a very "good match".... Summerslam was better.... but I like the spot with tearing open the ring.... and the end with Lesnar getting nutshot comeuppance.....

And then oh look.... it is Bray Wyatt.... already supposed to forget he is a loser.... beat up Taker and carry him out....

Last time Wyatt Family carried someone out was Kane.... and then he came back as Corporate Kane..... Corporate Undertaker clearly close now that Corporate Kane is out....

Either that or they "brainwash" Undertaker to joining the family.... set it up for survivor series Wyatt Family (with Taker) vs. Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Kane, Randy Orton, and Fifth face team member TBD by me.....

Seriously think the build is probably for Taker vs Stowman. At least Stowman still hasn't had his credibility shot. They can't be dumb enough to just go Wyatt vs Taker again after how Wyatt came out of it looking last time.

(I know, I know. "It's WWE. Sure they can.") But really, I think they're building for Stowman.

What if it really is meant for Stowman vs Taker at Mania but as part of a larger Wyatt Family split. Stowman eventually gets Bray kicked out to lead the New Wyatts while Bray forms his own group called the Borre.

Those two groups clash at around the Rumble and eventually mend their differences to form a hobo-like army. Vince suddenly returns and uses them to try to conquer the WWE at Mania. Stowman represents Vince's hobo army at Mania and Taker as the defender of the WWE.

Pretty solid PPV. Only two real complaints:

1. Not looking forward to another Wyatt/Undertaker Wrestlemania match, or with Strowman for that matter. Just don't care about 'Taker anymore.

2. Del Rio coming back isn't really a good thing. I like Del Rio, don't get me wrong, but the roster is already super-packed with really talented guys that are floundering. Del Rio is just gonna end up in that mix OR he's gonna further contribute to guys like Ziggler, Cesaro, Neville, Stardust, Barrett, Sheamus and everybody else being left off of PPV cards.

I want the brand split to come back.

I would think Taker is going to be booked at Survivor Series since it's the 25th anniversary of his debut.

I could see them doing the brainwashing deal and he ends up in a match maybe with Kane to prove his loyalty. Could be a traditional Survivor Series match, but could also see a gimmick one on one like Buried Alive or Casket.

I can see a deal where Rollins comes out to fire Corporate Kane, Rollins leaves, Kane looks sad in the ring, Wyatt gimmick hits and they surround him. Taker comes out and puts a beating on Kane. That sets up a Survivor Series program. You do a similar deal to the Daniel Bryan story where you want to see Taker leave the Wyatt Family and then he has to go through them. I think you can make Taker v Bray mean something at Mania. But I got a feeling it will culminate with Taker v Strowman. Which will likely be ugly.

As for Reigns, they made a big deal that this match with Bray was the end of their feud. I would think they would want to separate them for a while.

Interested to see what's next for Rollins. Will they go right to Brock next or do Rollins v Reigns.

Given the manner in which he left and I assume WWE did a lot of apologising behind the scenes, he wouldn't have returned just to be a mid carder and wouldn't be surprised to see him hold the WHC again at some point by the end of 2016.

Yeah, that seems like a logical matchup. It'd also be a perfectly logical end point for Taker's career 25 years after it started, but realistically there's zero chance he doesn't wrestle at WM32 in Texas.

Just business wise they need to make him a top guy. Doesn't need to be the man, but they want a face of the WWE in Mexico and to the Latin fans in the US. He's literally the perfect guy to do that.

Be interesting to see if Cena beats him when he returns.

LOL, some jackass, before it was given "protected" status, on WP's article for this year's Survivor Series, claims that 'Taker will captain a team v. Cesaro totally owned that tag match when he got the hot tag at the end. Still can't fathom this idea that he'll always flounder around doing nothing because Vince finds him "boring". Crowd were into him. Guy's on fire.

Even Michael Cole said "Cesaro was incredible in that match". I can only imagine that there's loads of people behind the guy, backstage, but ultimately Vince rules them all out.
