RoH Caged Scramble Match Rules

OK, so I just downloaded a highlight video of the Tag team Caged Scramble Match that occured in RoH a couple of months ago. The only problem is, it's hard to follow sometimes because I don't know what the exact rules are.

Does anyone know what the exact rules to the caged Scramble Match were?

The tag scramble matches rules are just that there are four tag teams with two people in the ring. If somebody leaves the ring somebody else can enter. I don't know how that applies to a cage match.
