Speakers problem

My speakers are plugged in properly, or at least I think they are, but I'm pretty sure that nothing is unplugged. I have a Telex USB Audio Device headset and I can only get sound in there. How can I get the sound to go into the speakers?

In Sounds and Audio devices under Audio and on Sound Playback - there is only the Telex USB option, there isnt Soundmax or anything like that, or whatever it is. Anyone know why?

you have a set of headphone? plug the headphones into where the speakers go...if that works, you have a speaker problem. If that doesnt work you have a sound card/spftware issue.
