Is there a program that does this?
Hey guys

I am just wondering if there are any programs that can do this. What I want to accomplish is this. Basically i am wondering if there is a program that would allow me to type any word in and then play it back to in different types of voices ( like in a deep voice, or a robotic voice for example). Sorry if i am not explaining this really well but would there be any program that could possibly do this? Just like it would allow me to type in any work i want and then the program would "play back" the word i have typed in.

I used to have a thing like that for ICQ, some kind of text-to-speech thing. That was years ago though, so I don't know.

Just do a search on Google (or any site that you use to get programs from) for text-to-speech programs, surely something will come up.

Windows XP has one built in. Forget where to find it though, and it might only be one or a couple different voices.
