Yea, gonna go Dean too. He had the most personality as champ over all of them. Crash is close though.

You guys remember that "James Bond" type music and gimmick Dean had. That music kicked ass.

Also, to answer your question in the topic, I think that Rob Van Dam held the ECW TV title the longest of any title in the last 10 years with 23 months. I could be wrong, though, and I'm not taking into account inactive titles (like Gillberg who held the Light Heavyweight championship after he left the WWE) or indies.
