Whats the deal with the guy? Is he official signed to TNA, and in what capacity? I watch UFC, but not on a regular basis, and I fairly certain he's not the star he used to be in mixed martial arts. So, is this a good career move and what other commitments does he have?

Tito is signed with TNA, but it isn't revealed how much. I think he might have one more appearance to make to complete the contract.
