Somebody's Gotta Die does not have that much rep yet (10+)
WWE: 10 people you would fire, 10 people you would hire

Fire:

1. Viscera - I'm still not convinced this guy is delivering ratings, however I don't mind him all that much...

2. Rosey - For now, he's a crucial part of the tag-team scene, however he can go once the division is revamped in order to allow the Hurricane to pursue new obstacles and returning to the CW division...

3. Sylvain Grenier - As opposed to Rene, Conway, Danny and Doug, I don't think this guy has the potential to get over on his own... He's mediocre in the ring as well...

4. Blue Meanie - Keep him around for the bWo thing that they're doing right now, however he can be released soon thereafter and you can keep Nova/Richards as a team... This guy gets some heat from the crowd, but he's far from a talented wrestler...

5. Heidenreich - I think there's potential for a team with Snitsky, however in the long run, this guy doesn't put on very entertaining singles matches and is a pretty generic worker... He's over right now though, so I'd keep him around...

6. Lita - I've always despised her, even when she had the thong and everybody talked about how sexy and talented she was... She's a dirtbag and can hit the unemployment line...

7. Snitsky - Much like Heidenreich, there's potential for him as a tag-team wrestler, but I don't see anything interesting coming out of his singles career... His matches are mediocre at best...

8. Tyson Tomko - I like him and think there is a lot of potential, but he's going nowhere right now and maybe OVW would be a better option for him so that he can further develop... I think he can make a great tag-team with a partner that fits the powerhouse style that he works... Have yet to see any breakthrough performances from him in WWE...

9. Scotty 2 Hotty - It's been said and done, I'm personally very, very surprised he's still around...

10. Hardcore Holly - He's done all that he can and he's not getting over as a champion anytime soon... I understand he's been with the company for a long time but if guys like Billy Gunn and Marty Jannetty get released, there's no room for Holly anymore... It's a shame that he's still around and guys like Charlie Haas and Matt Morgan have vanished from the scene...

Hire:

1. AJ Styles - If he came into WWE with Daniels and Primetime and they said they were taking over WWE and the cruiserweight division, it adds so much dimension to the division with guys like Rey, Hurricane, Tajiri and Chavo still around and with people like Paul London, Juventud, Super Crazy, Psicosis, Nunzio, Funaki and Frankie Kazarian around...

2. Christopher Daniels - Read AJ...

3. Primetime Elix Sipper - Read AJ...

4. Sabu - Sabu = money... Bring a little hardcore wrestling back to WWE and you may see a drastic change in ratings...

5. Samoa Joe - This guy is amazing, if you haven't seen his working style, you will be hooked once you see one of his better matches... This guy can add a different style to the WWE environment...

6. Charlie Haas - Give this guy another chance... There are very few up-and-comers that have such a good technical style... Most of the new guys out of OVW work a pretty generic style... (Masters, Snitsky, Heidenreich, Grenier, Dupree, etc)

7. Matt Morgan - This guy has a lot of potential... His release was premature... Much like Charlie, this guy deserves another chance...

8. Joey Styles - You need good announcing and this guy is the cream of the crop... Since J.R. isn't going anywhere, a Styles/J.R./Heyman commentating team can be perfect for a live RAW...

9. Mike Awesome - Just watch One Night Stand... Fans have a newfound appreciation for his work...

10. Masato Tanaka - Just watch One Night Stand... It's not like he won't be over?

Honourable Mention: American Dragon, Steve Corino, Raven, Jerry Lynn

Guys like the Sandman could also be cool in WWE, but only for part-time things, as opposed to a long-term contract because some of these guys could get stale if presented on a daily basis...

I would like to see the Dudleys and Rhino in WWE, however they will only be further misused, so I guess their release was for the better...

Sting, Randy Savage, Bret Hart and Ultimate Warrior are probably the four last people that can draw if they made a return to WWE (wrestling on non-wrestling)... I wouldn't mind seeing any of them return for some kind of program, however I wouldn't see the reasoning behind signing any of them to long-term deals...

Fire:
1) Chris Masters - talentless
2) Tyson Tomko - more talented than Masters...
3) Hardcore Holly - after all he's done, he deserves a pink slip
4) Big Show - talk about a waste of space
5) Snitsky - lame gimick that gets lamer every time the WWE tries to make him relevant
6) Lita - a botchfest on the mic, a botchfest in the ring...need anymore be said?
7) Scotty 2 Hotty - the least talented cruser I've ever seen. Well, unless I'm someone from WCW.
8) Christy Hemme - there are much better looking (and also more talented) women in the wrestling world than her.
9) Orlando Jordan - I don't like the guy. No charisma, little talent, and the inability to do anything with the push (not much of one, but still...) that's been given to him
10) Every single 'diva' to grace Raw and Smackdown with their paycheck gathering skills. Note, I do not include the women who can wrestle in this broad catagory

Hire:
1) Kidman - why fire him in the first place?
2) Akio - ditto
3) Jamie Noble - ditto
4) Gail Kim - ditto
5) Molly Holly - ditto
6) Charlie Hass - ditto
7) Disco Inferno - come on! Who doesn't want to see him dance! And speaking of dancing...
8) Ernest Miller - I actually found these two entertaining. Give them work!
9) Kanyon - he's back!
10) Bret Hart - even if he can't wrestle, any show with Hart would automatically be 10X better than before. Well...probably not. So...uh, here's another pick
11) Shannon Moore! No list is complete without him.

As for why the lack of TNA talent...well, they're better off where they are. Competition is a good thing.

10 I'd fire

1) Chris Masters - This guy truly is a disasterpiece, and his finisher is a FULL NELSON!!
2) Hardcore Holly - It's over Holly.
3) Christy Hemme - Bitch got lucky by winning a contest, no wrestling ability.
4) Orlando Jordan - I just can't see myself liking this guy.
5) John Cena - Cena is not a credible champion, and is just a SCSA clone.
6) Scotty 2 Hotty - Jobber
7) Tyson Tomko - Was good as the problem solver, but has no action now.
8) The Divas who can't wrestle
9) Lita - You've botched enough things, and I wouldn't take chances on you botching even more!
10) Jonathan Coachman - GOD you're annoying coach!

Hired:
1) Matt Morgan - Matt had potential, he just needs to work on stuttering.
2) Maven - Maven was fun to watch, but he needs to sell moves better.
3) Charlie Haas - He was getting big pops, and he's gone?
4) Spike Dudley - Nuff said
5) Bubba Ray Dudley - See above
6) D-Von Dudley - See above
7) Molly Holly - To spark the women's division
8) Gail Kim - See above
9) Ashley - A Diva Search contestant?! Yes, because she comes from a family with wrestling blood.
10) Brock Lesnar - Although this one could happen most likely, I'm still leaving it here.

Hmm. Now that I think about it more...

Hire:
12) Sean O'Haire - one of the biggest mistakes the WWE made was firing this guy.
13) Ric Flair - y'know, the one from 15 years ago. Not the HHH suckup of today. I know the WWE has a time machine somewhere in there...

My list of people I'd fire wouldnt be much different then anyone else's. My list of those I'd hire may be though...and it intrigues me more to mention them anyways so here we go.

Teddy Hart
Harry Smith..want a big man? How bout one who for once can wrestle? Yeah, that's him.
CM Punk(already got him though)
TJ Wilson
AJ Styles
Petey Williams
Chris Daniels
Test(totally under-rated)
Sign Bret Hart for special guest appearances or something for a night. I dont care, just get it done.

Fire from WWE

10. Every single Diva Search contestent...I am not even going to list them all, just know they would all be gone.
9. The Bashems - Completly usless now that they split up, honestly fire them both and count it was one release seeing as how together they still don't equal the charisma of one single wrestler.
8. Rosey/Vis - Why did they (re)hire them in the first place?
7. Chris Masters - Don't need a reason
6. The Heart Throbs - Cut 'em both and again call it one (I still can't tell them apart so it would be easy to let them both go)
5. Tyson Tomko/Gene Snitsky/Heidenriech - 3 men, no talent.
4. Orlando Jordon - They might have been able to do something with him, but they didn't, GONE!
3. Scotty 2 Hotty - Without GMS and certainly without Rikishi, he is nothing but wasted space
2. Todd Grisham/Al Snow/JR/Coach/Michael Cole/Steve Romero/Ivory - No need to have 2 different announcers for every show, fuck it announcers don't do house shows so just have the 3 main guys do all 6 hours a week (god forbid someone in the wrestling world work more then 2 hours a week) [The 3 guys being King, Tazz, and a newly hired Joey Styles...see below]
1. Hardcore Holly - Blah

Everyone like how I was suposed to fire 10 people and instead fired 24

Hire to WWE

10. Joey Styles (kind of already mentioned it)
9. Masato Tanaka
8. Essa Rios
7. Kendo Ka Shin
6. Jerry Lynn
5. Teddy Hart
4. Harry Smith
3. AJ Styles
2. Petey Williams
1. Christopher Daniels

As you can see I am hiring mainly light weights...I would like to see SmackDown shift from being a show, if they are going to be treated as a B show, why not at least load it up with a lot of entertaining people. Bring back the Light-Heavyweight Title too since I always liked how it looked. I would have the World Title, US Title, Light-Heavyweight, and Cruiser Title on SmackDown, don't bother with Tag Teams just put them all on RAW.
