Orton's is one of my favs,

But i like old school and the first old school theme i can think of that could possibly relate to today is Demolitions

"Bad Ass" taker's music with just the guitar solo and no lyrics (i like guitars)

Also Diesel's Theme Both new and old

Wrestler-wise: I've liked Randy Orton's theme, the Evolution theme and Edge's theme.

Program-wise: The theme Raw used before the current one is my favorite that they've used. The one now by Union Underground is okay but I liked the old one better.
The ECW on TNN/ECW theme is also great.
