Just thought I'd offer my services. I may be an annoying cunt on the forums but in real life I'm A+ Certified, on my way to being CCNA Certified(Cisco). As well as plans to be Microsoft Certified and Security+ Certified. I also work for Amazon.com as a PC Technician as well I also sell computers and computer hardware. So I do know a little bit. You may be better off sending me a PM as I don't know how often I will be checking this board. So ask away I'll answer to the best of my ability.
