Not as far as I can tell. My friends get wanted all the time while I run around free as a bird, and they're in my crew.

It's STD. No big shock here.

Also, you can't always give money and there are limits, so transferring funds in a sinister fashion is still "necessary."

Hell, sometimes I can't even split money with a dude who was on a job with me.
