To be fair though, Payton Royce hasn't really done all that much. Billie Kay seems to be the one that's having more matches and in my opinion, she's the worst of the two.

They got some new enhancements to their look

Like a lot of callups, they were way better in NXT in terms of direction and how their characters were handled. What hurt them the most was getting cooled down way too much prior to the callup and main Creative being absolutely shit. Impossible for them to succeed if WWE's grand plan was to just water them down to a single trait and have them be nothing more than jobbers.
