This is probably a really stupid idea, but...
For some reason I would love to see Ted DiBiase return to RAW as a full-time manager, bringing with him the Million Dollar Championship. Have him lead a "Million Dollar Corporation", using "MDC" as their logo, with whoever holds the Million Dollar Championship being the center of that stable. The MD Champion also gets one million dollars when they win the belt. Hell, why not make it so fantastic that every time they retain the belt they get one million dollars as well?

You could have DiBiase join up with Kurt Angle heading into Unforgiven, with the main event being WWE Champion John Cena vs. Million Dollar Champion Kurt Angle for the WWE Title. Cena retains, and at Taboo Tuesday we get John Cena vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWE Title and Kurt Angle vs. Shelton Benjamin for the Million Dollar Championship as respective main events (The WWE Title of course takes priority). Cena loses the belt to Michaels and Angle loses the belt to Benjamin, and Shelton can get some attention while being able to use the catchphrase "It's All About the Benjamins!".

I don't know why, but I can see Shelton Benjamin and Ted DiBiase making a pretty good on-screen pairing.
