WWE disallows a pregnant mother to use name

WWE is taking a mother-to-be to court for using what they say is a WWE intellectual property. Apparently the woman will be giving birth to a boy with the due date being in December. She registered the baby's name at Toys R Us this past Wednesday with a wishlist of gifts any relatives might be wanting to buy the newborn, however WWE's Head Of Talent Relations Johnny Ace was at the same Toys R Us and saw that she had been planning to name her newborn son Vincent. Naturally he called Vince McMahon up and told him. WWE then contacted the woman and told her that he has official rights to the name Vincent and that he'll sue her if she names him this.
