To all the New Zealanders/Aussies out there, the announcement for the first group of musicians has been announces for the Big Day Out.
They are as follows.

The Magic Numbers

Magic Dirt (Aust only)
Cut Copy (Aust only)
End of Fashion (Aust only)

The Grates (Aust only)
Youth Group (Aust only)
Wolf & Cub (Aust only)

Fat Freddy's Drop (NZ only)

I'm hanging out to see AFI, White Stripes and Iggy Pop, so they will definately be on my list to see. Will make some more decisions when the second group is announced, but I'll definately be there at the Auckland Show.
Is anyone else going to the Aus/NZ shows? Does anyone have any recommendations to see any of the bands listed?
