Mine, off the top of my head. Not in order.

Scarface -- Ending scene
Seven -- "What's in the Box?!"
Requiem for a Dream -- the ending scene(s)
Sling Blade -- First scene where he talks for like 10 minutes
Apocalypse Now -- First monologue scene with Colonel Kurtz
The Deer Hunter -- Russian Roulette with the vietnamese
The Devil's Rejects -- Final scene
Dead Man Walking -- Lethal Dosage Repentence
Casino -- like every scene Joe Pesci tortures or hits someone with something (e.i phone)
Taxi Driver -- lots of scenes. But mainly I think the scene where he whacks everyone in the end.
and probably like a couple Godfather scenes I can't recall at the moment for some reason.
