Best new talent...

Who do you think would be the best new talent for a promotion. Not just a come and go thing like Hogan, but I mean for a promotion to have a new day to day star.

For WWE I think that Bobby Roode could be a great new guy. Get him away from Team Canada stuff, and let him go out there as a small powerhouse guy. I could see guys like JBL, Benoit, Finlay, and a dozen or so other guys having good matches. I think Roode has the looks and even the talent to get in there. While he isn't a large guy, infact he is quite small, but something about him strikes me as "bigger" then what he actually is. Kind of like how Mike Awesome was...but knowing WWE they would fuck it up...so who cares.

TNA unquestionably would be able to make take Rob Van Dam. Like his time in ECW, he could become the unquestionable face of the company...and he could wrestle with everyone from their heavyweights, tag, and could pull out incredible matches with their X-Division. To me, RVD is the image and style TNA is trying to champion anyway. Or Jericho...thinking about it if done right Jericho could fit in any company...but will probably continue to get shat on by everyone. But that brings me to my next thing...

That new Unleashed company needs something more then just Chris Daniels to make any type of mark. If they could bring in a guy who is a draw, legit main eventer, and someone who is in it to support the company he is with...not to mention one of the all time greats on the mic and a legend in their own right as far as in ring performances go...they might actually stand a chance to not get kicked off the air in recrod timming if Chris Jericho was amoung them.

Now...finding the biggest draw possible for RoH was a little more complicated. RoH won't take just any big name person and accept them. It's kind of RoH's double edged sword...they are die hard loyal fans, who won't allow RoH to take a quick and easy star power way out. So for RoH, I think the best star to pick up for him would be (provided he walked out of his contract) Carlito. He is good enough in the ring and could be one of RoH's only real mic workers. Plus he isn't like an established WWE guy, so RoH fans could accept him a bit easier.

Anyone else...thoughts, comments...

With that said though, there is no belt in the industry that HBK could win that would add to his career. HBK's career is built around him being HBK, not winning a bunch of titles.
