Kurt Angle's ARMS

Just watched a few of Angle's match from 2001, and then recently watched SNME and he looks like he's lost a lot of muscle in his arms and has almost no triceps at all now.

It is kind of reminding me of Paul Orndorff's one arm that atrophied (sp?) on him.

Anyone else notice this??
