Remember...

RVD and Rey were tag team champs before RVD got injured. RVD returns at the Rumble and him and Rey team up with one another. Rey inadvertantly eliminates RVD from the Rumble. Rey goes on to win the Rumble, and then win the title at WM. RVD wins an open MITB contract for a title shot of his choice.. .
