Oh, and I love how everybody's coming out of the woodwork to claim that they, too, predicted a Kane vs. Kane feud (some of which might be true, but come on, you never predicted when). In that case, I, too, predicted this, when I first saw Kane in 1997. I was, like, daydreaming one day in high school and thought, for a split second, that a Kane vs Kane feud would rock. So give me credit, too.
