The Russians want more transfer money for their stars. I dunno 2million instead of 200K. I don't know if this is what's holding up Malkin or not though. First I've heard of this newset Malkin saga. He was held up last year because there was no transfer agreement in place between the NHL and the Russian (?)league(s)(?)
