Rock beating Angle was a red-hot match, and Rock beating HHH at Backlash was white-hot.

I do think that the outlook on the Benoit win is looked at through rose-colored glasses by us just because, well, it was Benoit. Plus Eddie's title win the month before was just as awesome.
