Good to see that the CAW actually comes out with Jimmy's microphone. Perhaps this means that a CAW will actually come out with Trips' water bottle this time.

I could be wrong but I get the feeling that number 1 is Davey Boy Smith and 14 is Stacy Keibler. Number 4 has got me stumped.
