Quick Question About Parental Advisory on CDs

On Friday, I'm going to my local H&H Music to get a new CD. I was thinking about getting Iowa, but then something hit me: Parental Advisory. Of course, if anybody remembers or cares, I am 13, so I guess I am under the veil of being Parentally Advised. So, my not-so-quick question is, does the Parental Advisory sticker work like the "Rated M" label does in which employees can't sell labeled CDs to minors?
