The WWE "Sign Guy"...

Rick Achberger now has articles written about him in WWE Magazine, was on Deal or No Deal with WWE and now has a commercial for RAW. I saw him from afar at a show I went to last and I'm pretty sure he was fed a few signs. I cannot believe this guy isn't on the WWE payroll.

If he's not, he's using A LOT of money and not working very much. According to his commercial, he goes to about 40 shows a year. About 30 of these shows would be televised and he's usually front row (these range anywhere from $100 to $300). I figure, on average, he'd be spending $4,000 on tickets alone per year. Add in travel and all that, it comes out to at least $8,000 per year, plus an extremely flexible job (considering he goes to RAW, SmackDown and PPVs at least every two weeks or so).

It's possible that he's just a fan, but I don't buy it. I think this guy is a WWE plant.

Thoughts?
