Notice Jim Ross called him "my Hall Of Fame partner". This could imply that Jim Ross is going in the Hall Of Fame and he let slip by accident. It could also simply mean that Lawler is his partner and also a Hall Of Famer.

Or he could mean "partner", as in "lover", which puts the Raw commentary team in a whole new light.
