World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

Okay, so it won't be released until next year probably, but what we know from BlizzCon about this game has already got many a tongue wagging. Level cap will be up to 80. New hero class in the mysterious and possibly necromantic Death Knight. The introduction of the Northrend continent with the floating Dalaran as its neutral Shattrath equivalent. New quests, instances, battlegrounds, and dances. New and changeable hairstyles. Siege weapons and destructible buildings. The chance to take on Arthas/Ner'Zhul. This expansion is going to be so fucking badass.

On the downside, only like 10 guilds have even come close to finishing the endgame content from The Burning Crusade, so I dunno. Maybe it's too soon. Personally though, I am stoked for this release, no matter how far away it is.
