Last week's Raw did not draw 3.8 or 3.6 or whatever the number was.
The lowest number on the NRM top ten was a 3.6. WWE failed to rank. Again. This puts them down from last week for sure, and goes against the supposed comeback numbers that were reported. In related news, Disney owned 9 of the 10 slots.
